Children aged 8 to 17, across four stages: Sprouts (8 to 10), Explorers (11 to 12), Builders (13 to 14) and Innovators (15 to 17). Groups are small.

Hands-on projects matched to their stage: stories and characters for the youngest, questioning how AI works for 11 and 12, real digital products for 13 and 14, and research and real-world problems for 15 to 17. Every child thinks first, uses AI to challenge their ideas, and presents what they made.
